After you complete our short intake form, a member of our team will contact you to learn more about what brings you to counseling, answer any questions you have, and help you schedule your first appointment if we're a good fit for your needs.
We offer both in-person appointments in Fredericksburg and secure telehealth sessions throughout Virginia.
